Amy Ballinger is a licensed optician with over 11 years of experience in the optical industry. After working in the field for four years, she earned her optician's license in 2019 and has continued to grow her knowledge and expertise ever since while helping patients see and feel their best.

For Amy, great eye care is about more than just eyewear. It's about listening, understanding each person's lifestyle, and making sure they leave feeling confident and cared for. She loves building lasting relationships with her patients and takes real pride in providing personalized care, whether that means helping someone find the perfect pair of glasses or walking them through the best options for their vision needs.

Her goal is always to provide exceptional service with compassion, attention to detail, and a friendly smile. She wants every patient to feel genuinely heard and well taken care of from the moment they walk through the door.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, tackling landscaping and home improvement projects, and making memories through travel and new adventures. She strives to bring the same dedication, kindness, and positive attitude to her personal life that she brings to her career every day.

A lifelong resident of Mount Vernon, Gwen loves working in her hometown and is deeply passionate about caring for its residents. With 9 years of experience in the eyecare industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to every interaction. She is a licensed Optician, having earned her license in 2019, and she also holds a certification in Medical Coding for billing and insurance.

What sets Gwen apart is her ability to blend the technical and the personal. She loves combining her expertise in optical technology with an eye for fashion, making sure every client leaves not only seeing clearly but also looking and feeling their best. Whether helping someone choose frames that fit their style or fine-tuning a prescription, she takes pride in getting the details right.

Since entering the field, Gwen has also developed a genuine passion for the insurance and billing side of eyecare. She believes navigating insurance shouldn't feel like a puzzle, so one of her favorite parts of the day is sitting down with patients to help them understand and maximize their benefits. Her goal is always to find the absolute best ways for them to save, taking the stress out of the process so they can focus on their care.

When she's not in the office, Gwen lives in Mount Vernon with her two boys, Caleb and Levi. In her free time, she enjoys working in her flower garden, getting competitive on the pickleball court, and making lasting memories with her close friends and family.
